How can I pay for my order with credit\debit card?

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. 

 

Please note that FITGIRLZONE does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. 

 

To better protect our customers when making online payments by card you may be presented with 3D secure security measures when paying. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone, or the bank issuer requires additional interaction, either through fingerprint, two-factor authentication, or similar methods based on authentication factors. For more questions regarding the authentication, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

Why my payment was declined when using with credit\debit card? What should i do about it?

 

You can try as below when your payment was declined:

1. Try to place your order again

If your payment has been declined, then you'll need to place your order again. We're not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.

 

2. Make the relevant checks

To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following:

●  Check the card details on your to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date .

  Make sure you enter the security code correctly - that's the three digit number on the back of your card.

●  Your card issuer may have declined your payment - as they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them or contact your bank.

  If you've checked all of the above, try paying with another card or another payment method.

 

3. Next steps

If your payment has been declined through the 3D secure security measures you’ll need to contact your bank for further information.

Whereas, if you've received an error message, please contact us with as many details as you can about the issue - including the error messages you receive, and we'll try to resolve it as soon as we can.

 

Pay with Paypal

PayPal is an easy way to integrate today’s most popular payment methods. And PayPal makes it simple to add new payment methods whenever they become available.

Firstly, you can set up a Paypal account on the PayPal website. It only takes minutes to open a PayPal account and it’s free. And then when pay with Paypal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

Also You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on”Pay with Debit/Credit Card” and you will be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

DELIVERY INFO


We worldwide and you know, international delivery can be very very expensive! However, we try our best by choosing a shipping method that is cost effective and reliable. All shipments are made with well known, reputable carriers. We select the best carriers for your country including Fedex, DHL, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, and more. 
For this reason, your order may take:
    • 7-15 days to arrive in USA, Ireland, UK, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, New Zealand, Australia and Netherlands;
    • 10-30 days to arrive in other countries.
    In extremely rare cases, it may take a bit longer. Factors such as bottlenecks in shipping and delays at customs clearance may impact delivery time. If you're still not sure about how long would it take to your country, just email us: contact@fitgirlzone.com.  We're happy to help =)

     

    • How will I receive my order confirmation details?
      Throughout the process, we will send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice. 
      Most of the time the emails goes into your Junk folder, so please have a look in your junk folder. It have may happened to you =/ 
      Sometimes, customer entered their email wrongly. If you believe you may have entered your email wrongly, please contact us and we will fix it for you.

    • How do I know the shipment status of my order?
      You can check your order status clicking here, by simply inputting into the box:
      - your Order ID (it starts with WPN…and then 4 numbers); or
      - the e-mail address you used to place your order.

    • Orders with multiple items:
      We ship our items from multiple locations overseas, so orders with multiple items may arrive separately and at slightly different times. 
      For orders with multiple items, each package is assigned a different tracking ID. 
    • From where are your products shipped?
      Orders are shipped from either our US, Australian or Asia warehouse. The country of shipment will depend on your address and the items you have ordered.
      • Do I need to pay import Tax?
        We totally understand that you do not want to pay extra custom taxes for your online purchase, so we do our best by selecting the best shipping method, as well as lower item value. 
        World Paint by Numbers cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. 

      • My order hasn't arrived on time, what should I do? 

        If your order has not arrived in the specified delivery time, you can track your order to see where it is located. Sometimes orders are delayed due to customs hold ups. Please also reach out to our customer service team at contact@fitgirlzone.com and we will provide you with an update.

    • How do I cancel or change my order? 

      In the event you wish to cancel or change something on your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you placed your order: contact@fitgirlzone.com

      We are unable to process the requested cancellation after 24 hours because the package has already been shipped. We process orders very quickly so that we can get your order to you as fast as possible. 
      However, once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
